Sign in on this machine first. See Sign in. et must be on your PATH.

codex mcp add endlesstesting -- et mcp
codex mcp list

That writes the shared config. The same block in ~/.codex/config.toml, or in .codex/config.toml inside a trusted project:

[mcp_servers.endlesstesting]
command = "et"
args = ["mcp"]

In the Codex terminal UI, /mcp lists the servers that started. Tool names match the tools reference.
